What Microdosing Mushrooms Might Feel Like
The calibration process of finding the right dose for you is important. The right dose supports your system, but doesn’t overwhelm it, and you’re definitely not high. You’re fully able to function: drive, work, care for others, but something shifts. Often, it’s not what you feel, but what you don’t: the usual friction, tension, or looping thoughts might ease.

The Power of Rituals
Most people don’t need more productivity or routines. They have calendars and productivity systems in place, and slowing down can feel like a luxury they can't afford. What the nervous system needs is not more input, but more moments of predictability, slowness and safety. Rituals create that kind of safety. RItuals are not the same as habits, which are often about efficiency. Rituals are about intention and invite us to slow down and bring full presence to the moment. You can turn any habit into a ritual by shifting how you do it. For example, rushing through your morning coffee while checking emails or getting ready might be a habit. But if you take that same cup outside, sit quietly for five minutes, and feel the warmth of the mug in your hands while watching the sunlight filter through the trees...that’s a ritual. Little Rituals like these might not seem like much, but done consistently, they train your system to shift out of survival mode.

Whole System Healing
Black-and-white thinking is a survival strategy. When our nervous system feels unsafe, the brain scrambles for clarity, and certainty feels like safety. So we reduce complexity into binary choices—right or wrong, good or bad…
Ironically, one of the ways I came to understand this was by thinking about the limits of thinking.
