A Women’s Grief Group for Real Support

This group is for women who are done trying to manage heartbreak on their own. It isn’t a place to perform healing or rush toward meaning. It’s a place to have space held for what’s real, and to learn how to stay with yourself through the hardest moments.

Over eight weeks, we work with the nervous system directly. We come back to the body, to sensation, to the places where grief actually lives instead of spinning in the mind. The focus is on presence and repair. You’ll practice staying with yourself through waves of emotion, and you’ll learn how to regulate without shutting down or bypassing what hurts.

Each session includes somatic work, guided ARC Framework practices, and time for honest sharing. There’s no pressure to be “better” by next week. Just room to be human and supported.

This feminine container is intentionally small so it feels safe enough to soften into the work. You’ll also get weekly practices and emailed support between sessions to help your system integrate what you’re learning.

Investment: $600 per person for eight weekly live sessions on Zoom. Replays will be available if you can’t make a session. Payment plans are available, and I keep one reduced-rate spot for someone in acute difficulty. This reflects the depth of the work and the care it takes to hold grief well.

Group begins Thursday, February 5.
Meeting time will be chosen with the group once it forms.
