Many of us are good at abandoning ourselves when things get uncomfortable, and then we wonder why we don’t trust ourselves.

Self-devotion means choosing to stay with yourself and having your own back, even when it’s hard.

Self-devotion is:

💙 sitting with your grief.
💙 noticing the younger parts of you that are asking for your attention.
💙 feeling what you feel without crumbling or immediately trying to fix it.
💙 trusting that you can self-regulate and comfort yourself in your time of need.

This is the work of learning your body through:

💙 Somatic awareness.
💙 Building capacity to stay with what you feel.
💙 Supporting your nervous system so it can hold more without shutting down.
💙 Breath, movement, and simple practices that bring you back into connection with yourself.


I’ll guide you through a major transition, through the grief, the fear, the lightness, the joy… integrating the full range of what it means to be human as you deepen your connection with yourself.

Each session is guided live and all will receive a recording after each session. You’ll be led through practices and reflection, with space to be in your own experience. Sharing is always optional.
